He pivoted off lithium.
He got suckered into buying Morilla.
Then he didn't want to be the guy running it. Though he was ultimately responsible for setting up the processes for running it.
Then he hired Anderson as MD (nobody else wanted the job during early covid wave tbf). Clearly not up to it.
Then he let the demerger go ahead when it seems independent directors with actual experience immediately saw fundamental problems with the whole thing and resigned...
Then he FRO when it all came home to roost leaving a trail of destruction.
The rest of the original board (BB and Hepburn) - too stupid and inexperienced to know any better and I'd guess the newer board members came in too late to do or say anything and/or were kept in the dark till it was too late.
Just how I see the whole thing from afar and with limited knowledge. The ultimate truth may be different, but that's just how I view it.
