I'm with you Gindarra, there's good cap raisings. and bad ones. This is a good one because they are now in bed with an oil giant(who by the way would not be there unless they had confidence in the project)

Nonetheless, some of the ranting here explains why people find it hard to make money. Challenging directors abilities, etc.

On the cap raising, well they have not yet defined what form it will take. Project financing from an external source, Shell buying into NDO, or maybe a dip into existing shareholders, none of which I would anticipate.

For instance, think of what would happen if the company announced Shell was a new shareholder. Indeed, if I were the man from Shell it would be a thought to hold in mind, given they already have a very profitable production platform within eyesight of the project
