Still to produce their Sept quarterly report....so we will hear from them again this week,

231 milion shares, so a market cap of just $9m.

    ---------------------------------

The company they signed the deal with today....China National Electric Equipment Corporation is in top 200 construction companies in the world. CNEEC is involved in some of the largest projects in the world.....see link for confirmation.

Victoria Government contributed $150m to help with a new private coal-fired power station in the Latrobe valley. See story of this big project also on the front page of CNEEC web site.

Coal station deal raises eyebrows Adam Morton
    September 13, 2010

A CHINESE company has signed a contract to build a coal-fired power station in the Latrobe Valley, despite concerns about the plant's greenhouse gas emissions.

State-owned China National Electric Equipment Corporation announced it had signed an engineering, procurement and construction contract with Melbourne coal technology company HRL for the $750 million-plus plant.

The announcement, published in the China Daily and confirmed yesterday by HRL, comes as the company continues to seek environmental approval for the station, which would use new gasification technology to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from burning coal.

Absolute minnow that I am happy to hold....proven resourse, technology that works and a giant China State owned partner, to help develop the project.

Syngas have to raise the first 15% of funding....my guess maybe around $50m.

$9m cap offers extremely high leverage to success.....involvement of CNEEC suggests an endorsement of the company and its worth, maybe much higher than that $9m.r
