You don’t have to take my word for it though, it’s there clear as day in the April 2022 Rincon update (see above), where JZ stated that commissioning was 13% complete. So either you are wrong, or he is.

Again Rob, buying materials and training staff is not commissioning (trying and testing the facility)

Testing only started from 2023.
