Morgan Stanley are the substantial shareholder in the notice.
J p Morgan are also substantial but they have already sold down to 5% previously advised.
They are different institutions and as far as I know not related at all.
J p Morgan are the ones who handled the cap raising and also are one of the main analysts who cover the stock and how now put a neutral 1.71 price on the stock.
Morgan Stanley have been accumulating since 50c right up to1.35 and now the sell down locking in substantial gains.
