Why not make moderating attractive to the moderators?

Ie, when they want to be talking about stock, but they have a job to do elsewhere, its always going to be tedious.
    - nboth aspects are to be to be blamed for that tediousness.

    Simple solution
    - Just start paying them money to do the job each day.
Make it all real and remove the possible personal/conflicted interest of a stock chat moderator who talks stocks.

Doesn't the website make a packet out of blue chip advertisements? It could always give a little back?

The Moderators and Administration team all do a wonderful job in my opinion and it would be hard to complain if you were being paid. I understand that Admin are paid.

If you didn't like your job, you would hand it over to someone else, like in real life.

    Regards, not sass
