While the ASX is full of flaws I agree (how can you be listed on your own exchange) in this case the slate is wiped clean because the vote to spill the Board was defeated by 88% of voters. That is tacit support for the board.

I dare say that of the 12% who sought to remove the board, 99.999999999999% had zero plan for what an alternative board would consist of or what they would ask to be done differently.

I also hazard a guess that of the 12% who sought to remove the board, 100% of those who listened to the AGM presentation, would have changed their mind.

Really amazes me what some people expect from a product that is ahead of it's time. The ones to invest in next will be those who partner up with BRN as they will have a huge market advantage.
