This would mainly just be associated gas or gas cap, suggest it'll deplet quite quickly
Unless its very light oil/condensate, if so, it would then need to be moved into a pipeline to a processing plant
Cuba may still allow all gas to be flared, but it doesn't past the pub test in most "civilised" countries
