It was explained to me that the intervention in Feb-April 2021 was at the insistence of Lucy Wicks. She too is a Pentecostal type God Botherer and was part of Scomo's private prayer group. He was loyal to her for that, and he owed her for her loyalty in bringing down Bishop and Dutton in the vote to replace Turnbull. That being said, he tried many other avenues to sideline Pitt before it finally rested on him, read the Bell Report and Savva's "Bulldozer" for greater insight. After she was defeated in Robertson, Wicks was employed in Scomo's electoral office, that's how close they were. I do agree that corruption in planning is a thing, but I don't believe that is why is Scomo took the course of action that he did on PEP11.

That same connected person is of the opinion that the Commonwealth and NSW are collaborating on PEP11, this time it is to try and prevent Albo being branded a liar or promise breaker. That person believed that the Feds were hoping the NSW pipeline legislation would kill PEP11. Stupid of them to think that.
