But this transaction should raise flags for Its a related party transaction as both companies share common directors .

Do the common directors deserve 2 salaries, for working on the same gold project in 2 companies on different sides of earth?

As a shareholder, or ex shareholder or potential shareholder this raises flags no doubt about it.

I still think they won't have time to drill Judith anyway.
