peak phosphate? spells end of cheap food , page-3

It makes for an interesting next couple of months for phosphate stocks as in the words of meatloaf "2 out of 3 aint bad".

3 years ago we watched the greatest ever increase in phosphate prices from Nov/Dec 2007 - March 2008, the following year was GFC, Nov/Dec 2009 to March 2010 we increased significantly and have now held those prices through to October.

If we see another similar % increase to last year, we will see the resurgence of a lot of phosphate stocks. This next couple of months Nov/Dec 2010 - March 2011 (IMO) is the time to be holding onto anything phosphate related.

Last years increase in Phosphate prices was slightly subdued due to the stock piles that were created from the oversupply as the tail of the GFC took effect.
