How does a Boeing handle turbulence?, page-6

@pintohoo; it appears that the plane remained airworthy and manageable but for all passengers the carnage inside the cabin rqaises many other issues including those below:
. Anything not tied down becomes a missile - including plates, cutlery, passenger iPads etc.
. People who are not strapped in with seat belts also become missiles and as such a danger to themselves and to others on board.
. Flight crew serving meals with those great big heavy trollies are also missiles.
. Especially on long haul flights people need access to bathrooms and to move occasionally - toilets are so few in number that queues form.

There's minimal difference between the situation when 747s first took to the skies and today - if anything seats are smaller, people pushed together like sardines and discomfort worse than it's ever been.

Surely it's possible in 2024 for issues such as those above to be better addressed than what we've just witnessed aboard SQ 321.
