My position has never been that POH needs an imminent cap raising or even that it must happen at all, simply that it shouldn't be ruled out as a possibility, an opinion which the lead broker also shares.
I'm not sure many, if any disagrees, or has ever disagreed with this. You can never rule out anything. People have given their view that they do not believe there will be a capital raising, this doesn't mean they unequivocally rule it out.
As for brokers having an opinion that there needs to be a share issue, I wouldn't lay too much credence on that. Of course brokers want to attain cheap shares for their clients, they always push that mantra. POH management made it clear that they would decide on whether and when a placement would be needed. They didn't discount the possibility but of course the need will rely on progress on a number of fronts in respect to negotiations. With what they have shown is in the pipelin, what was it 15 projects now, it is becoming more and more likely that a partner agreement (and up-front fees) will happen before a need for a placement. But no, you cant discount anything.
Mak all your statement demonstrates is that you have no capacity to be objective.
but to suggest that means KARICOUM's opinion should be deferred to at all times is extremely narrow-minded.
