Consistent $$ coming in every day, a traders dream. The cross trade is just a in house transfer. The real transactions are hidden among the thousands of trades during the day. They cannot keep transferring that number to the US without buying on the Aus market unless they open a short position. IMO someone will be buying about 500 000 shares today to replace the shares sold last night, yesterday they likely bought around 250 000. Buying pressure on the ASX has increased as a result of the larger cross trade we see this morning.
