Albanese on Thursday (TODAY) will launch a National Battery Strategy that outlines 5 key priorities for the $523m allocated in last weeks budget.
The strategy is aiming to make Australia a globally competitive producer of batteries.
It is also aiming for local makers to move up the value chain and provide active materials into the global automotive industry, including materials that qualify for subsidies under the IRA.
Does any of this sound like a certain South Australian soon to be producer of graphite company may be able to fulfil?
We will see strong buying over the coming weeks and I think a very solid re-rate is a certainty now.
