    re: Ann: Bass Commences $1.7M Gold Processing... It is a momentum killer. Management did the same thing twelve months ago with the capital raising at 23 cents. The stock had finally found support above 30 cents, but then collapsed after that announcement. With its great story, hopefully this time it can hold 30 cents, but I for one find it frustrating when a company tinkers with its balance sheet to the detriment of existing shareholders.
