On the issue of Commercial in Confidence - if you have interested parties and they are prepared to seriously prototype the product why would neither party be prepared to disclose who they are?

I would think if you have a groundbreaking product, and there is an 'end user' you would be proud of that association for both parties because if it works as stated both parties win and would be recognised as leaders in their respective field and could say "we were the first"

Unless of course there is another motive for not wanting that association be made public? Although that tends to suggest hesitancy and an each way bet, just in case. In case of what?
