Well I suppose the conversation has to start somewhere and the LNP are flagging nuclear as an option. Not any easy sell in Australia given most Aussies have been deadset against nuclear for a long time - we really had no need given our energy resources in the ground. But without coal or gas filling the baseline we will probably need another interim and then a backup energy source. You could whack one on a coal power site and let in run while you build the nuke plant I suppose. Plenty of room on those sites.
