If I read correctly, the Remuneration Report has been voted down (source - AFR - behind a firewall, so just going off a headline). If that's correct, that's a HUGE win!! The entire Board are now the walking dead unless that start listening to shareholders over this coming year... hopefully their common sense will prevail and they'll start putting shareholder interests first (rather than their own)...
