With the SP at these levels ICN is at HUGE risk of someone effectively taking control of the company by stealth. It would be a major opportunity for someone at these prices to get an absolute bargain and although they say that they know of no such action taking place, you can bet that they are acutely aware of the risk and have made a big issue of it for the AGM.
Don't know if it is just coincidental, but some sellers are already on the market and I would not be at all surprised if Resolution 5 is ICN's response to what has been taking place in recent times with those comparatively large volume buyers.
The rest of the Resolutions are very pleasantly un-remarkable and should not provoke any nasties like previous ones have.
Waiting for more "developments" and will now sit down to have a good read.
