It's being played for pips right now.
This is the sweet spot from a technical perspective, between 10 and 15c.
It will take sustained good news to break through.
No doubt there are people here downramping in an attempt to keep things within this range.
Probably people who on the surface have no good reason to be posting so much on this forum.
