Having reread the announcement I interpret the words in the 2nd last paragraph"with THE successful purchaser" to mean that there is a deal and now the paperwork is required to be done

Dont underestimate how much work the lawyers from both sides will have to do ...they are looking to complete in say 30 days after signing a binding contract so that will entail much legal work to be done BEFORE they sign the binding agreement and hence IMO the need to suspend trading until 11/11
