Despite the clarification the linkedin post was a "personal post" it was listed under the title "Chairman Wide Open Agriculture" and drew comment/acknowledgement of other directors.
As conceded a reasonable person reliant upon the literal message would consider the information to have a material impact on the SP.
i wonder what recourse holders who reasonable sold out based on the linkedin post have available to them to recover the losses incurred by following the advice in relation to it solvency.
