it went right over his head .. what I was saying , your mate jingapatel thinks if you sell a stock for 20c and it goes down to 15c … he’s made 25% on that stock from how I was reading what he said … umm no he hasn’t he just didn’t lose another 25 % … he still lost because he paid more than 20c … so he’s put that 20c x how many shares into another stock .. at best he’s broken even … unless the stock has gone 3 or 4 fold since he bought it .. which I don’t think it has … unless of course I’m the total idiot here and you can claim a future loss in a stock as a gain in your pocket because you sold it for 5c more than what it’s currently trading … if that makes sense ( I’m even starting to confuse myself ) at the end of the day who cares , when you’ve supposedly got 3 rental properties in Sydney .. unless he lives in one himself who knows .. but that with his 400k a year Trades Assistant FIFO job … losing 8 k on CXO wouldn’t even put a dent in his wallet … the guys delusional!
