Humans are such unreliable beings almost incapable of living in any kind of reality or real state. We exist embedded in myth, magic, fantasy, drugs, dreams and abstraction, social classes, hierarchies, fandom, etc, there is no end to our make-believe. If there was no God we would have invented it, if there are no aliens we would have invented them, if there are no bigfoot or yowies we would have invented them, if there is no satan, demonic possession we would have invented it. so did we and have we?
