The cr completed here has been offered at a higher than 10% discount - if prospects of any company offering cr's is good to great then why not offer such at say only a 5% discount or even at parity?? Of course if the cr is offered at high discounts there's a good chance it will be oversubscribed and an even greater chance of sp retreating to the cr level. In CUF's case (and also with other companies), sp has not only retreated to cr level in double quick time - it also dipped below it - so a kind of double discount taking the stuffing out along with it and lowering an already low MC. Of course this is hopefully just a short term blip - let's see how and when sp recovers and surges past these sick levels and yet there are sellers.

Thus sp has slid down from 1.9c to 1.4c in a matter of days - somewhat more than just a pip or two - with a backdrop of no adverse news, currently reasonable I/O prices and expected increase in production and having more money in the kitty due to dedicated cr to exploration. Hence if things are all good, why such a drop - surely can't just keep blaming the 'general markets'??

With extra funding secured, one would think an even more cashed up producer's sp would be flying - but as yet it's still on the tarmac, flapping in the wind whilst fighting against a downward draft that appears strong. AIMO
