i see a potential for a upward adjustment to reported spot prices and price received by sya and potentially what sya can receive as the year progresses for 2 reasons, there have been 4 auctions of spodumene , 2 by alb , 1 by min one by pls , i think alb and min where in the order of usd$1300, the second reason is pll stated in recent earnings call that the product they ship will start going to tesla as tesla usa hydroxide facility is to start operation mid to late this year and spodumene will be priced according to there offtake which prices cannot be disclosed but above current market prices if i recall correctly which i assume sya should then receive a price towards there upper limit of there offtake with pll , its probably a small increase but likely to be an improvement as i see it
