I know that the permits from the positive ELY statement issued in January 2024 expected to take around 6 months. We're into the 5th month. So yes permits could be issued any day. Being that it was expected to be 6 months ~ but could be sooner.
One thing I'm not sure of is the company disclosing if the permits are received during the public disclosure window. Going to check.
