If you're close to the mark - CSM don't muck around. From what I saw in their Sub Holder Notice, they started accumulating stock probably around 2 weeks ago. Their initial stock purchases was in the high 30's low 40's.
Shite, they don't give you much time to buy stock do they. The bid would represent a 10% premium to the previous closing price, and a decent premium to the recently conducted SPP at 0.36c.
I don't hold any but was continually doing research on this one as it had good projects and a good ground holding, particularly the ex-WMC Nickel operations at Beta-Hunt.
Not to worry - but good luck to all holders and hope that CSM do make an official bid!
