Happy to be corrected, but my understanding of the market differences are as follows
* Manufacture cost is $70 per script, so margin should be higher than 50% based on $700 per script
* Japanese market growth is through organic growth as advertising is not permitted in Japan, so the penetration in the US market should be greater (given time)
* Auto script repeat should also help in growth
* Low or zero out of pocket costs should broaden market in the US compared with Japan
