So could assist in a higher rerate, plus the fact all the fundies here tend to be very underweight RIO as only a few hundred million shares (thus low ASX weight) here. Our pension flows/index funds would likely far outweigh the rebalance of UK only funds out.
Also make script acquisitions easier.
