I’ve been in the stock market for quiet a while
99% of companies that cap raise always drop down to the credit raise price and even below it
SER is the 1% example and proof that the stock price can actually go up on a cap raise
That 1% gives enough hope to other shareholders of other companies that do a cap raise that their stock doesn’t always have to drop to the cap raise price
