What you’re not considering and I’ve mentioned this here back in 2019 I think, directors can lend their stock out for someone else to sell, related unrelated maybe, connected probably.
It won’t show up as a sale in their accounts, only ASIC and the ASX can trace this sort of thing if they suspect something. You would have to think they suspect something now given what some insider fools have said on here over the last few years and particularly the last 12 months. Phone conversations about no battery’s being produced at IM3NY was one that was mentioned mid last year well before the market knew nothing was being made.
