The transition to a sustainable energy source will and should happen, its how technology improvements progress thats the issue, I'm not sure wind and solar is the answer right now as it appears to be counter productive on a mineral extraction/process and then recycling point of view.
The problem is, that government bent over to the crying minority of greens and then that of the "sustainable" industry and believed their bullshite.
Then to top it off, our hydrocarbon industry company's didn't fight the good fight and point out the misgivings of not transitioning in a staged approach,until now that is.
The good thing for investors is we will see higher prices for longer, the bad thing is the meek will pay the price keeping warm.
