Under a confidentiality agreement a company can release any information to any person. What that person then does with that information is subject to what has been agreed.

Pursuant to the Corporations Act a company is only required to provide minutes of Shareholder meeting minutes to any of its members. I understand this is only limited to meetings such as General Meetings, Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings.

However, there is no provision in the Act regarding release of information of Director's meeting minutes.
