AGY can't afford me mate. Just like they couldn't afford competent drillers for the MRE upgrade, or competent staff to commission the 2 ktpa plant. I think any additional salaries at this point in time would be wasteful as AGY/Puna needs to save their pennies. Speaking of salaries though, I wonder how much James Shay will be paid as COO? I'm sure Pablo's son-in-law Luis (Puna Mining Director of Operations) will love having a gringo peering over his shoulder telling him how to get things right. Seems like a bit of an indictment on Luis' work, and at least in some part is recognition that he wasn't up to the job.
