bizzo...fyi....BHP could buy SDL, out of it's petty cash bowl!!..BHP's only problem is they can't spend thier earning!!..they have Billion & they won't give it to Share Holders...THEY SHOULD(i hold BHP)as a Special Dividend...say $5 a share to get rig of some of it!!...SDL present value about $800 million...So buy for 2 Billion...Whick is NOTHING TO THEM!!...they can't afford it!!...you MUST be joking...;-}
