Happy to be corrected if I am wrong but there are 2.8b shares on issue, p.6 of notice of 19/10/23.
From what I can see, SGR's market cap (MC) has hovered between $3-$3.7b throughout the last decade excl. the recent debacle.
If it were to return to its previous historic MC then:
MC of $3b = SP of $1.045
MC of $3.7b = SP of $1.29
Not sure how much if any premium a TO would offer given SGR is in a distressed state so $1 might be a fairer SP, IMO.
