Had a bump up later in the day on probably this article in what one can say is poorly researched and if people acted on it even poorer research from the buyers. Yes the company has the potential to pay a great dividend but it hasn't paid for a couple of years so how can they attach this rating? Maybe they have been buying and wanted to bump the price along.
