Put a few hurdles in its way whilst trying to sort out some "minor" details such as finance, contractors, and customer arrangements.

Crystal balling this company - if only the detail had been attended to as part of the initial development of the business model. Now the grind in a tough economic environment.

The buy/sell sides suggest a lack of interest, with holders now waiting for developments on the finance front. The other factor is the costing model. The numbers to construct, manage and distribute will have substantially increased. Plus revenue predictions are all pie in the sky at this point. Sure it will help the local farmers and this is a positive cause, however I doubt it will attract serious investors. That will depend on establishing substantial contracts.

I get the impression, they are now floundering in the professional management of this overall project.
