As a shareholder, why don't you email the Company and organise a phone call with Hay so you can tell him your recommendations?

The pair of you are both immoral and salivating over the misfortunes of investors, some of which will lose a lot of capital.
There is no reason for either of you to add to their stress by making garbage up, you both have the empathy of a rock!
