    It does to the naked eye, but I do not believe that is the case.

    They have traded something with WN for the mass accumulation of stock at $3.11 previously and now at $4.00

    What that is exactly would be great to know. Either they disclose this information or they stop allowing the market cap to be diluted and held down artificially.

    This is dDefinitely not rewarding long term shareholder loyalty.
