    Looks like the offer is unconditional as has exceeded the minimum threshold of 50.1%. DRX will control the board etc and call all the shots with 56% currently and end up with a few more by 11 June.. Depending on the number accepting there could be an automatic extension of 2 weeks. I can't recall the threshold for an automatic extension but someone may know.
