Wow! What a weekly chart over the last decade. Obviously with some huge winners and unfortunately many trapped.
Also in this chart is a zone of pivot points where breaking above that many strong spikes have been launched. Worth watching closely if the SP gets there again.
But I think you'd know what to do by now if you see another high spike forming at the top of any move.
Moving a little closer in on the daily chart and you have the SP in a beautiful channel above the bollie median level all on squeezing bollies indicating that there's another move incoming. If MACD crosses to the positive I'd be confident in saying that the move will be higher. Need to watch that IMO.
Short position at only 2.5% isn't a worry just an annoyance.
