    Yes, a clear result of dithering for a decade by that created a poor investment environment delayed a lot of investment in renewables.

    If the Greens hadn't killed the agreement between Turnbull & Abbott on the emissions trading scheme & if Abbott & co hadn't been climate change deniers Australia wouldn't be facing this issue.
