She made it clear she regretted her response at the time and we can argue all day over the fallibility of we humans and how we might have responded decades ago to loaded questions from a shock jock on a tabloid TV show mislead by propaganda but the central issue in the exchange was whether the "US had starved 500,000 children to death" as claimed and whether Albright admitted as much. It turns out both are untrue.
