1. I'm glad your family is doing well and has profited from RCE. But you owe your thanks to Graham Melrose, not James.
2. Having a good CEO is a big factor when choosing a company to invest, but there are plenty of good company's. with crap CEOs. It's not the be all and end all.
3. You must think 2/3s of the shareholders are cretins, because that's how many voted against the remuneration report last AGM when James got his first strike.
