You guys seem to be missing the point. Capricorn is now a major shareholder and is paying big money upfront to expediate the transition to Spenda from Caplink
The whole $100,000 per month MINIMUM in licensing fees is just the beggining and it represents a fee of only $3.50 each member per month.
Highly unlikely to be so low a figure.
I would have thought $100 - $200 more likely
Even a figure as low as $30 a month would still be outrageously cheap, yet bring in 10.2m per year for SPENDA.
That part of the journey is on time and on track.
