IMO, with penny dreadfuls (Not only restricted to those unfortunately), the wording of any ANNs are carefully orcestrated to concentrate on the 'maximum' returns and deflect from any negatives etc. We need to read between the lines and actually nail down what is really being said. Take this example from Spenda:
"Spenda will generate at least $2m in revenue from software and services in calendar year 2024. Software revenues are expected to significantly exceed the minimum $100k monthly revenue as Spenda’s software is rolled out to Capricorn’s 26,000 Members"
Sounds great, hey! But note that the 'minimum' is 100k monthly revinue. This sounds like an agreement amount to me, and is 'minimum' because there is the possibility of extra from other 'services' NOT for any other reason
This is disguised by the line "Software revenues are expected to significantly exceed the minimum $100k..." because now this line cleverly adds in the services on top of the basic revinue, and ASIC will be happy because of the word 'Expected' and faithers will take it - as some on here - that there will be 'billions" in transactions that will all be to SPX
so the deal with Cap is 100k per month + extras IMO, and 'extras' is not set in stone and probably up to each individual business to take up or not. IMO.
The 2mil includes these possible extras that may or may not occur. IMO
