The thing is OSL is not a registered charity and thus the CEO, management team and board's goal is to make a ROI for the benefit of shareholders. If in doing so it improves the lives of people in whatever format that takes then that is a great bonus, but should not be their primary goal.
Think they are trying to be a little too woke.
